Overview
The church’s sanctuary roof was leaking and needed to be replaced. This required the removal of 27,000 square feet of leaking asphalt shingles and the elimination of five sidelights that needed to be filled with new support members and wood decking.
Details
Houck’s roofing crew removed and replaced the defective plywood and installed 40-year architectural shingles. Houck also replaced snow guards, repaired the existing gutter, and installed new copper soil stacks, a 0.32 aluminum edge trim and new valley metal.
