	Memorial Arch Monument Rehabilitation Project - Pennsylvania This National Park Service monument was constructed from 1914-17 as a tribute to General George Washington and the Continental Army. War Monument Monument Rehabilitation Project - Pennsylvania This monument was constructed in 1889 of rough hewn and smooth granite. A lightning strike caused extensive damage.
