High-Rise Building

Sealant & Joint Project - Pennsylvania

Overview:
At 341 feet, it is the tallest office building in Pennsylvania between Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. The precast concrete exterior was in need of joint sealant replacement and miscellaneous concrete repairs.

Details:
Due to the building height, a suspended scaffolding stage was required to access the work. The failed building sealants were removed and replacement with new sealant. Cracked concrete elements were patched and/or repaired.
