Built Up Roofing Project - Pennsylvania

Overview:
The original built-up roof on this facility was leaking and beyond repair. Houck re-roofed the 16,000 square-foot roof with a BUR with flood coat and gravel.

Details:
Accessing the roof was a challenge as the building is 220’ high with only one accessible side. That side abuts a large roof 100’ below. Houck accomplished mobilization and demolition by using a crane at grade to reach the staging area on the adjacent building.
