Overview:
Houck removed the existing shingle roofing down to the wood roof sheathing.

Details:
We installed ice and water shield on all eaves and valleys, and 30-year architectural shingle with a granule color to coordinate with the exterior renovations. Houck also installed coordinating gutters and downspouts.
