Condominium Complex
Metal Systems Project - Maryland
Overview:
Houck Services was called upon to replace the existing 29,000 square feet metal roof on the beautiful 14-story Scarlett Place Condominiums that sit along the Inner Harbor in downtown Baltimore.
Details:
The scope of work included replacing the metal roofing panels and the plywood substrate that encompassed 18 different levels. A plan of attack was developed that divided the project into 5 different phases utilizing 3 different staging areas. A climbing mast was used to access the roofs. Safety was the number one priority throughout the entire project; for the sheet metal mechanics, the pedestrian traffic below and the building residents.
