Overview:
Houck removed and replaced wet insulation on this 13,200 square-foot retractable roof. The crew then overlaid all seams with a two-part coating and polyester fabric.

Details:
This white surfacing will maintain its reflective and emissive properties for many years. By refurbishing instead of replacing the roof, the owners saved thousand of dollars.
