Specialty Repairs Project - Maryland

Overview:
This unique historical church is four stories tall and topped by a Spanish tile, steep slope roof. The snow rail system was failing and broken tiles were scattered across the roof surface.

Details:
Houck removed the failing snow rail system and three feet of tile from the roof’s edge. The crew then welded steel supports to steel bar joints and installed pre-fabricated, heavy duty, Spanish tile snow rail hangers. All broken tiles were replaced.
