Historic Preservation Project - Pennsylvania

Overview:
Houck removed, replaced and repaired deteriorated sections of the columns, statue bases and sections of the east and west cornices on this early 20th century structure.

Details:
We repointed the cast stone and limestone mortar joints, and cleaned the monument with approved restoration cleaners. Additionally, Houck’s roofing department installed a new membrane roof system. A new handicapped walkway paved with granite completed the restoration.
