High-Rise Condominiums

Historic Preservation Project - Maryland

Overview:
The building needed masonry repairs, as well as repairs at the cavity wall flashing to prevent air and water infiltration. Houck removed existing masonry and installed new cavity wall flashings.

Details:
Where required, we added new steel to the relief angles to achieve the proper bearing for the replacement masonry units. Houck employed extensive site safeguards to protect the public and building residents.
