Overview:
These single-story bank branches were experiencing chronic water infiltration problems.

Details:
To resolve the infiltration issue, Houck removed the existing metal wall cladding and installed a masonry wall with upgraded wall and stainless steel roof flashing details. The crews also installed structural steel supports for the new masonry and replaced deteriorated wood framing.
